Care AU will support you to develop and maintain skills to live independently in your own choice of home or our tailored shared home, while building your skills. Our tailored services can assist you with a range of supports which includes the following:

• Support with personal care and household tasks
• Support with menu planning and meal preparation
• Support to manage your emotions and behaviour
• Support with medication management and other Nursing support
• Support with community participation
